Application Process

Applications are accepted year round and involve three steps:

Step 1: Email evergreenhomestayacademy@outlook.com with your full name and whether you wish to be a full time or part time student.

Step 2: In person or Zoom meeting in which a 10-15 minute speaking interview will occur. During this interview, you will be asked about your interest in the program, which aspects of your English language development you wish to focus on most, and be given the opportunity to ask any questions you may have.

Step 3: Applicants who pass the initial screening will be invited to attend a 3 hour orientation. During this time, a timed writing sample will be completed, an introductory ceremony will occur, and tuition and fees will be paid.
